Dr. Vanessa Gaudin is our co-founder and a graduate of the University of Florida with a doctorate in clinical practice. She is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner from Nova Southeastern University specializing in Family Medicine. She also has a bachelor’s degree from Barry University and specializes in Women’s Health Nursing.
With evidence-based medicine, Dr. Gaudin will personalize your treatment plan to help improve your overall health inside and out, utilizing the principles of Integrative Medicine. Dr. Gaudin has trained with certified physicians providing integrative and regenerative medicine for many years. Dr. Gaudin delivers a diverse array of age management therapies that encompass conventional medicine and include effective options such as Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), IV Nutrition, Peptide Therapy, and Regenerative Aesthetics. Dr. Steven Silverman is our co-founder of Neogenix Medical and Aesthetics. Our staff specializes in integrative medicine. We utilize the latest, most advanced combination of therapies and modalities to treat pain and aesthetics. Traditional conventional treatments combined with peptide and platelet-rich plasma help regenerate tissue rather than mask symptoms.
Dr. Silverman has served as a Chiropractic Physician and Director of Staff and Physicians in eight multi-specialty medical offices throughout South Florida.
Dr. Silverman graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and a Doctor of Chiropractic. He attended the University of Missouri and held an Associate of Science in Biology from Nassau College. Dr. Silverman is licensed in Florida and certified to practice acupuncture. He specializes in pain management related to sciatica, lower back pain, arthritis, migraines, shoulder pain, whiplash, and opioid abuse.
